Reece started with the Moore lab in the summer of 2023, as an undergraduate researcher, while studying Marine Science & Environmental Policy & Analysis at Boston University. His research interests are in plant regeneration in coastal and aquatic systems. As a Master's student in the lab, he is working with tribal partners studying regeneration and the factors affecting the regeneration of Atlantic white cedar in a bog in Northern New Hampshire.
