UNH Judo is a sport club that aims to promote and teach the sport of judo to the UNH community. We attend and host tournaments and clinics, and offer opportunities for both recreational and competitive involvement. No experience is necessary, and the club is open to all who wish to join. At the beginning of each year, we recruit and hold an informational meeting. However, you can join judo at any point! Any interested student, faculty, or staff member is encouraged to stop by during any practice to watch the club in action and ask questions. Remember, if you cannot join this semester, there is always next semester!

Cost (Dues)

As one of the most affordable sport clubs at UNH, We collect $90 dues. This is a flat annual fee for all club members. In addition, we sell gis (the standard judo uniform) for $45 apiece. One gi should last you many years if cared for properly. This makes the total entry cost for the sport $130.

What do your dues pay for? Dues are collected to cover the cost of tournament entry fees for all of our competitors and USJA membership fees. Dues also contribute to the cost of running tournaments at UNH, namely our annual Wildcat Invitational, and the production of merchandise and purchase of club equipment.
