Dr. Scimone was interviewed by FocalPlane, a microscopy community site, hosted by Journal of Cell Science (JCS). The topic was the role of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) in expanding global access to microscopy. From 2021-2023, Dr. Scimone was a CZI-funded imaging scientist.
