- Go to https://calendar.law.unh.edu
- Select “Home” from the left menu bar
- Sign in with your UNH username and password
- Select the “Book Now” button on the same line as “Request a Room”
- Fill in the Date and Time, then select the blue "Search" button
- Press the blue plus sign next to the room you wish to reserve, click on the room name to view more information and view pictures of the room.
- Fill in the number of attendees in the pop up window and select “Add Room” (this can be a rough estimate)
- Select the blue "Next Step" button in the top right corner
- If required, fill in any Services needed then select the blue "Next Step" button
- Fill in the required contact information and fields in the Additional Information area
- Select the Group from the drop down menu
- FIRST TIME USERS: You must add your group the first time, afterwards it will automatically be in the dropdown menu
- Press the magnifying glass next to the Group dropdown menu
- Type “UNH” into the search bar and select your department (email help.desk@law.unh.edu to get your group added if unavailable
- Press “Close” button in bottom of window
- Select the group in the Group dropdown menu
- Select the green “Create Reservation” button to finish the reservation
You will receive an email confirmation after you complete the form. Your room will immediately show in the calendar if you are unsure of any details.
Reservation requests are not allowed beyond the start of the final exam period for any given academic session. If you are attempting to reserve space beyond the current cutoff, please e-mail law.reservations@law.unh.edu for consideration and assistance.
