Erica’s favorite part about CREAM is that she loves being able to work with the cows directly. She loves helping make the farm more productive and environmentally safe with our new ideas! Erica really loves gaining more confidence with the cows because she did not have large animal experience prior to college. Her favorite chore is milking because it’s the most mentally engaging and she enjoys learning new challenging things.
