I am a PhD student at UNH pursuing an interdisciplinary degree within the NRESS program (Natural Resources and Environmental Studies). My PhD research investigates the factors that influence the acceptance of carbon tax policy, energy justice, and policy design to increase the equity of energy policies.

I am a two-time alumnus of the University of New Hampshire, holding a bachelor’s degree in environmental and resource economics and a master’s degree in environmental economics. Using my training as an environmental economist, my research has been used to inform public and private action from key stakeholders.

I have worked on building New Hampshire’s nature economy using recreational trails, implementing internal carbon pricing to incentivize carbon reductions from a private manufacturer, and advocating for state action to reduce fragmented homeowner information surrounding PFAS contamination in private wells.

I am also a graduate advisor for the Climate Action Clinic, an educational program within UNH’s Sustainability Institute. The Climate Action Clinic empowers a team of undergraduate students to complete a GHG inventory and create reduction scenarios for volunteer businesses in the community.
