We address questions of U.S. and international energy and environmental policy, including the connections between the environmental, economic, technological and social components of the energy transition- with a strong focus on addressing issues of equity and justice. By combining engineering, economic, data science and social science methods, we develop interdisciplinary, state-of-the-art tools to effectively guide policy-making towards a sustainable and just energy future for all people. In this way, we contribute to critical U.N. Sustainable Development Goals.
