This RFP closes November 12, 2021.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Building NH&#8217;s Early Childhood Structure<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Through a competitive procurement process, the NH PDG has awarded\u00a0grants to New Hampshire Early Childhood Regional Leads in the development of a state-wide system of partnerships that enhance early childhood care and education (ECCE)-school-family support collaborations and build infrastructure for cross-sector collaboration and alignment for the purpose of coordinating resources and services within identified regions. We would like to congratulate NH&#8217;s Early Childhood Regional Leads for September 2021 through December 2022:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Region 1 (Greater Monadnock, Greater Sullivan &amp; Upper County): Monadnock United Way<\/li>\n<li>Region 2 (Capital Area): Granite United Way (for the Capital region)<\/li>\n<li>Region 3 (Greater Nashua): United Way of Greater Nashua<\/li>\n<li>Region 4 (Greater Derry &amp; Manchester): Amoskeag Health<\/li>\n<li>Region 5 (Central NH, Lakes): Granite United Way (for Central NH\/Lakes region)<\/li>\n<li>Region 6 (Strafford County &amp; Seacoast): United Way of the Greater Seacoast<\/li>\n<li>Region 7 (North Country &amp; Carroll County): Children Unlimited<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To assist interested parties in identifying and connecting with regional partners, please see the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.usnh.edu\/pdg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/159\/2023\/08\/nh_pdg_early_childhood_regions_15july2021.pdf\">map of the identified Regions and a listing of the towns in each region<\/a><\/strong>. View the<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a title=\"Interactive Mapping Tutorial\" href=\"https:\/\/media.unh.edu\/media\/Early%20Childhood%20Interactive%20Mapping%20Tutorial\/1_j7qiq5s4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Interactive Mapping Tutorial recording<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>for more information.<\/p>\n<p>NH&#8217;s Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Education, and Preschool Development Grant\u00a0endeavor\u00a0to develop a network of well-coordinated regional early childhood partnerships.\u00a0The first step of the process to inform the development of partnerships focusing on\u00a0Early Care and Education, School, Family Strengthening and Well-being was an\u00a0<strong>Information Sharing Meeting<\/strong>, March 29, 2021.\u00a0Access the\u00a0<strong><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/unh.box.com\/s\/0rounpf5pitouaopp0m9ngc4t2o3terd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recording\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>of the meeting, which\u00a0shared the vision and intent of this initiative, described the process to gather data and invite stakeholder input, and\u00a0answered stakeholder questions.<\/p>\n<p>Insights from community partners, advocates, family members, and child and\/or family serving organizations are essential to the success of this effort to better serve the children and families of the State of New Hampshire.\u00a0An\u00a0<strong>Invitation for Input Survey<\/strong>\u00a0collected information from interested community partners, especially those in early childhood,\u00a0the first half of April 2021.\u00a0The second NH Early Childhood System Stakeholders&#8217; Meeting,\u00a0Monday, July 12, 2021, shared\u00a0the results of the Early Childhood Regional Systems Building work and the details of the next round of PDG funding. Survey findings will be shared with the public via the NH PDG website.<\/p>\n\t<h4><strong><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sites.usnh.edu\/pdg\/grant-activities\/community-grants\/\">Community Grants<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>August 1, 2020:\u00a0The first round of NH PDG Community Grants awarded 13 communities with funds to support Capacity Building as well as project-specific activities. Grants varied\u00a0based on community need and prioritized communities based on vulnerability.
