In June, Liz Burakowski (UNH) presented NESS project updates at the 81<sup>st<\/sup> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.easternsnow.org\/past-meetings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eastern Snow Conference<\/a> held at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. University of Vermont recent graduate Anna Grunes completed her Masters in Environmental Engineering and continued working with NESS over the summer on the network spatial design. Congratulations, Anna! Josh Bene\u0161 (UVM) represented NESS at the <a href=\"https:\/\/imc2025.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">International Mountain Conference<\/a> in Innsbruck, Austria in September and will be hosting a session on mountain monitoring across elevational gradients in the northeastern United States at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uvm.edu\/seagrant\/programs\/events\/lake-champlain-research-conference\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lake Champlain Research Conference<\/a>. If you&#8217;re headed to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uvm.edu\/femc\/CI4\/cooperative\/conference\/2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Forest Ecosystem Monitoring Conference<\/a> (FEMC) this week, be sure to check out Georgia Murray&#8217;s (AMC) poster on Appalachian Mountain Club snow monitoring.
