Alyssa Hall is a Senior Project Associate for Nuka Research and Planning Group, LLC. In her role at Nuka Research, she conducts GIS mapping and spatial analysis projects in Alaska and New England, is lead research coordinator on projects such as an oil spill demulsification technologies study and an analysis oil pipeline integrity and management, and conducts policy analysis for coastal and marine hazards. She has also supported the company’s growing work in the Arctic, such as two studies on the heavy fuel oil ban currently being considered in Arctic waters. Before joining the team at Nuka Research in 2017, Alyssa held the role of climate change adaptations coordinator at EPA Region 1 in Boston. Alyssa holds a Masters of Environmental Science and Management in coastal marine resource management and strategic communications from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management in Santa Barbara, California.
