EDITOR IN CHIEF: CHARLOTTE HARRIS
A senior Communication and Spanish major from Newcastle, Maine. Charlotte is also a member of the University Honors program and is pursuing Honors-in-major for Communication. As a Communication major, she has particularly enjoyed classes in the rhetorical analysis and media studies fields. Her article, "Local Reactions, Revolutionary Implications," was written for one of her favorite classes she has taken in the department, "Rhetoric of the American Revolution" with Professor James Farrell. Charlotte is the editor-in-chief of this year's issue of Comm-entary.
DESIGN CHAIR: LINDSEY KOSEL
Lindsay Kosel is a graduating senior majoring in Communication with minors in Studio Art and Psychology. She is a member of Lambda Pi Eta and is the design chair this year for Comm-Entary. Her paper published in Comm-entary will be presented at the 2018 Undergraduate Research Conference. As a Junior, she gratefully received the Dr. Lawrence Rosenfield Scholarship for her academic work in Communication. After graduating, she hopes to pursue a career that allows her to utilize her creativity whether it be in branding/marketing or art therapy.
EDITING CHAIR: ZOË PARSONS
Zoë Parsons, Chair of the editing board of Comm-entary, is a senior Communication major with minors in French and Women’s Studies graduating this May. In addition to Comm-entary, they are the president of Lambda Pi Eta, the Communication honor’s society. From their first semester in freshman year, they have been passionate about studying interpersonal communication and conversation analysis. Their paper “Queer It Up: The Queering of Food Justice” was written for a Women’s Studies class on intersectionalizing sustainability taken fall semester 2017. This is their second year editing for Comm-entary, and the second paper they have published through the journal.

MARKETING CHAIR: SRIYAA SHAH
A senior from Dubai studying Communication; business applications and Psychology double major with a minor in Business Administration. Within the Communication discipline she is interested in understanding consumer behavior and trends. She serves as the marketing chair for Comm-entary and is a member on Lamda Pi Eta, honors communication society.
WEB EDITOR/DESIGN TEAM: ASHLYN J. CORREIA
A Junior double major in Communication and English journalism with a minor in aerospace sciences. She is actively involved in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, and will commission active duty just after graduating. In her off time, she enjoys photography and film making.
FACULTY ADVISOR: LIN ZHANG, ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF COMMUNICATION
Lin Zhang is an assistant professor in the Department of Communication. She earned a M.A. in media, culture and communication from NYU, and a Ph.D. in communication from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism from the University of Southern California. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on the cultural economy of digital capitalism as it intersects with issues of class, gender, nation and race in an age of globalization. Her work has been published in journals such as New Media and Society, Journal of Consumer Culture, International Journal of Cultural Studies, China Information and Inter-Asia Cultural Studies. She is currently working on a book about digital labor, entrepreneurship and China's economic and social restructuring. At UNH, she teaches courses that include Introduction to Media Studies and Global Digital Capitalism.
